No, we do not offer international shipping.
It depends. Returns are offered on a case-by-case basis. There are some situations where we might allow a return. For example, if your product was incorrectly fulfilled or damaged upon arrival, we would certainly facilitate a return, as long as we were at fault for the mistake. All items are inspected multiple times before shipment, including at the factory, and by us here at DC Blades.
All products are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with rare exceptions. The time from order to packaging and shipping can vary, as we are a two-man team and can't always keep up with demand. However, you can generally expect your order to ship and tracking to be available within 2 days of ordering. We ship most orders Sunday through Thursday.
As for shipment to delivery time, you can usually expect delivery within five days of shipment.
All orders are packed in an all black cardboard box of varying size, with adequate packing material on the inside to prevent movement, and all openings are taped shut. "DC Blades" is the name on the return address.

Yes. Credit/debit card payments are processed solely through Wix and Square, and we never see any information about your card. You can also pay with PayPal or CashApp.
Credit/debit card payments are preferred, as processing refunds via PayPal/CashApp is difficult, but feel free to use whatever service you're comfortable with.
If you accidentally place an order, contact us via our site chat or at dcblades.info@gmail.com (dcblades.info@gmail.com)ASAP. Once your order has been picked up by USPS, we will NOT accept a return or issue a refund.
If your item has already been marked as "shipped" and you've received a tracking number but it has not been picked up by USPS, we may be able to cancel the order. However, we will charge a $15 fee to cover any restocking costs.
